Community

As one of our core principles, Character, community involvement is an important role in our team building efforts. Our club has participated in a number of community projects including doing “spring cleaning” of athletic fields, filling eggs for the local Easter egg hunt and assisting home bound residents with yard work. This fall’s community project will be a local food drive to help meet the increasing demand on the area’s food pantries.

SCOR FC Entering MPS Soccerween

The SCOR FC will be entering the MPS Soccerween tournament for a second year. Soccerween is an MPS Halloween based soccer tournament to be held in Citizens Bank, Lancaster, MA on Sunday November 13th. The tournament started in 2009 and within a year has grown to over 60 teams competing in this end of the fall season tournament. The theme of the tournament is for players to play in costume, and to enjoy the spirit of Halloween whilst playing for their teams in a competitive environment. This really is a great fun filled event allowing your players to come together and play in the best themed soccer tournament in New England.
